Story Estimation

Don’t miss Jay Fields’ excellent article about story estimation on infoq.

One thing that I think is particularly important: the accuracy of the estimation is not important, consistency is. The planning is done by combining velocity and estimations. The velocity already contains estimation errors so as long as your error is consistent everything is fine.
